By accessing and using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.

Application: “Al-Dallal,” the electronic application owned by Dal Wow Company.
Company: Dal Wow Company, the owner of the application.
User: Any person who uses the application, including Property Seekers, Real Estate Agents, and Service Providers.
Service Provider: Individuals or companies offering various services such as engineering consultancy, property development, architectural design, and home maintenance services.
Property Seeker: A user searching for properties to buy or rent.
Real Estate Agent: A user marketing and listing properties.
⦿ Application Use:
Account Registration: Users must register their accounts using accurate and correct information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
Permitted Activities: The application can be used for marketing and listing properties, and for offering and requesting engineering consultancy, property development, architectural design, home maintenance, and other services provided by registered Service Providers.
Prohibited Activities: The application must not be used for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. It is prohibited to post or distribute any harmful or inappropriate content.
⦿ Service Provision and Request Handling:
Service Providers: Service Providers can register in the application and submit their service offers. Service Providers must provide accurate information about their services and prices.
Request Handling: Property Seekers, Real Estate Agents, and Service Providers can receive requests and communicate through the application. Users are responsible for negotiating and contracting outside the application.
Fees: Subscription fees may be charged to Service Providers or Real Estate Agents for using some or all of the application’s services. Users may also be charged fees for requesting services from Service Providers. Fee details and payment terms will be specified upon registration or when using the service.
⦿ Obligations and Responsibilities:
Company: Dal Wow Company is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the services provided through the application. The company provides a platform to connect Property Seekers, Real Estate Agents, and Service Providers.
User: Users are fully responsible for the information they provide and their use of the application. Users must comply with all local and national laws and regulations.
⦿ Amendments to the Terms:
The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the application after any modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
⦿ Termination of Use:
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms or misuses the application. Users can request to terminate their accounts at any time.
⦿ Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of the application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
